Our personnel are our most valued resource.  The health of our employees is one of our primary concerns.  All of our employees, prior to being hired, receive a physical exam, vaccines, and a standard medical exam.  DRILLFOR S.A provides its employees and their families with excellent private medical insurance.  Our personnel on the rigs are provided with sanitary and comfortable housing and our catering service provides a balanced and nutritious diet.  All of DRILLFOR S.A’s camps and facilities are inspected weekly and at random by the proper H.S.E authorities in the company.

SAFETY

Safety is of the highest importance to DRILLFOR S.A, we are committed to maintaining a safe workplace for your employees and clients.  Our guidelines on safety and safe procedures are amongst the highest in the industry.  Safety meetings are held before every shift change, we also hold additional safety meeting before proceeding with any work activity that is not of a routine nature.

At DRILLFOR S.A we are conscious of our moral and contractual obligation to protect and preserve the environment.  We recognize that both our future and the future of our industry require a commitment to follow environmentally friendly procedures, environmental regulations and a real dedication to protect the environment. With this in mind we educate and train our personnel on a continuous basis.
